BMC Removals

December 2016..and still we await our belongings.

Brad and Mitchell collected our belongings from the UK in one van but delivered them to us in another, except the other one was smaller. So they left a lot of sentimental and valuable items in the uk. We trusted they would honour the legally binding contract and do he honourable thing (that we paid for) and do a second delivery for the balance of our stuff. They continually fobbed us off saying “yeah we’ll be there in a couple of months” etc many many months passed and it became apparent they had stolen our belongings. Attempts at legal proceedings have failed as they claim to have left the UK and relocated to Gibraltar.

Just stay away from these dishonest and frankly disgusting specimens of pond life.

Warning! Do not use them. Turned up in Spain with only one staff member to help myself. Then they couldn't find the address so rang me up asking me to come and find him now cause he was getting fed up. Then as I unwrapped everything started discovering scratches on mirrors, beds, ornaments, fridges. Then when I phone them and send them pictures, I get a load of emails saying my furniture was old and smelt of piss and so on. What a horrible little rat of a firm. So be warned. Do not use!

I do not usually write reviews but I just had to on this occasion.
We called around a few removal companies and we were just freaking out after reading comments left by people. We thought for sure some of our stuff would be damaged or stolen.
After searching for ages and finally coming to grips that this would happen no matter what, we chose the best that we could find.
I can honestly say that I was shocked to find out that the company we chose, BMC REMOVALS were just unbelievable. They were very friendly, on time, very helpful and I can't say enough to praise these guys.
They sent us 2 guys and a large Luton Van at 9.30am and worked solid for 2 1/2 hours from the 4th floor (with a lift) and loaded the van perfectly. No damaged items, wrapped up and secured all the way to our new 3 bed house in Colchester.
We followed them in a car and reached the house at the same time. Then we off loaded in about 30mins, amazing.. they were actually running back and forth.
I would like to specially thank Tomek and Peter that helped us and I hope the box of beer and sweeties was enjoyed! These guys really can be trusted and we are so happy to finally have this move done.
I know that people say that reviews can be made up, but I can assure you these comments are factual and these guys are honest, hard working and I would without question use them again.
They also have a cleaning team if you need them..amazing!!.
