Removal, storage and return

The whole process was great from start to finish...from initial contact and survey to packing, removing, storage and return to new home. The team were hardworking, cheerful and nothing was too much trouble. They took great care with everything and made the move completely stress free. Communication was excellent throughout the whole process and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Not sure about the singing though :-)

Moving house

Wilkinson’s were extremely helpful, pleasant and patient from the initial survey and throughout the process. As a family run Bristol business, they treated me like family in the care and professionalism they showed. Also the removal team were always cheerful and evidently enjoyed each other’s company. Even when one hurt himself, there was no swearing. I highly recommend Wilkinsons.

Professional and timely removal service

Ben is a very attentive and detailed person, he did the survey within the allocated time and provided professional advices to make our move a lot easier. He also helped me to cancel a mistaken order of excess boxes.

On the day, the team arrived on time, they were exceptionally helpful as there was only my husband in the old address. The day was quite hot and we had quite a few large items to move with us. They still managed to get all the stuff in the lorry, arrived to the new home in time. It was a journey as we moved to another city, again the weather was very sunny, and they have maintained a high standard of move throughout the process.

They are all very friendly, helpful, respectful and polite in all times. Sometimes they've got tired as they were lifting bulky furnitures, but I didn't hear any swearing or inappropriate words. The price quoted was very reasonable. We highly recommend Wilkinson's if anyone needs a reliable and respectful removeal service!

I was recommended Wilkinsons by a friend. Ben paid a visit, captured detailed requirements for my move, and packing materials were delivered next day. The move team arrived precisely on time, and were helpful, accommodating and very cheerful. The move included two pianos, and these folks managed to turn, what I thought would be a nerve-racking experience, into an enjoyable day. I felt in safe hands every step of the way. 5 stars from me.

Highly recommended

From the first phone call to Ben at the beginning of our move, everything was handled extremely well. Ben was very supportive, professional and answered any questions I had. The day of our move could not have gone any smoother the guys arrived promptly, calling me en route to give an update of how far away they were, the arrived happy and explained everything that would happen. Such lovely guys, smiling and happy, they both worked so hard. We had no breakages and everything was moved to our new home, upon arrival everything was bought into our new home, all furniture into correct room and beds and sofas all put back together and still the guys were smiling,they were so easy to get on with. If we ever move again we will definitely use wilkinsons again ?

Helpful, friendly, professional. Highly recommend

We went with Wilkinson's for our house move from the Bristol area to the Newport area because they sent Ben to our house to really assess our home and contents prior to providing a quote. He looked at everything in detail, including access etc, which gave us the confidence that they'd be well prepared on the day.

On the day, a team of very friendly men turned up promptly at 9am and, despite the fact we were panicking and hadn't even properly finished packing, they were very relaxed and professional and made us feel less stressed. They worked really hard and cheerfully, and got everything out and packed up well and carefully, without damaging anything, despite our wonky house and it being a bit awkward/a fair distance to carry everything. It had all been timed/planned really well, so the move was finished by around 5pm (large 2 bed house to a 5 bed house). At the new house, they made sure to know where everything was going, and when they left, all the furniture was where we wanted it.

Really really happy with them, definitely recommend them!

Absolute life-savers

The day before we were set to move we were unfortunately left with no removal company to move us, but thankfully Wilkinsons was able to step in last minute. They were absolutely fantastic throughout and comprehensively explained the quote. Our completion was delayed, so they also were able to stay later to accommodate, which we were hugely grateful for. They were professional throughout, kept us updated and we felt our possessions were looked after well, as well as the properties we were moving in and out of. We couldn’t recommended them more for home removals.

The Wilkinsons team were fantastic from the minute they responded to my quote enquiry. The team helped us to move from London to Bristol, including sorting out storage.
