I first emailed Andy on a Sunday evening asking if he could give me a quote not expecting a response until after 9 on Monday but within half an hour we had arranged a time and date for him to come and see what I needed! I live in Chepstow so thought it may be out of the way for the company but it was no problem for them! This was the start of an outstanding service. Unfortunately our exchange and completion date changed 4 times but Andy was flexible and understanding making life so much easier for me at a stressful time. When moving day arrived, Andy and his team were prompt and efficient, using floor coverings to protect the carpets, quilts to wrap furniture, taking care of everything like it was their mother's best china. Andy went above and beyond, helping me out with things I hadn't thought about. We were packed and ready to go by 11.30 ahead of schedule with a calm, no fuss approach.

There was a wait for money transfers to be completed but again this was no problem for Andy. When we arrived at my new house, again floor coverings were used and after a quick tour, everything was unloaded safely and furniture was placed exactly where I wanted it.

I recently moved home with excalibur and they exceeded all my expectations, due to problems with exchanging I was due to move very quickly and only had four days to sort it all out.
Andrew came out and gave me a great quote and even supplied the packing service making it even more stress free. My belongings were handled very well and Andy and Mark were very professional and efficient they made my move seem easy and I would 100% reccomend. If I ever move again I know who to call.
