Rod Stradling MRICS

Rod provided an in depth survey at a very reasonable price. He provided numerous photos and called a couple of times to discuss a number of issues he had identified before sending his report. Rod gave me the impression that he takes great pride in providing a good service for his clients.

Rod Stradling obviously has a passion for his job. He phoned after initial online contact and spent an hour noting details and my specific requirments for survey on a 300 year old property. His report was not only thorough but informative with advice and recommendations over and above the usual points raised, enabling me to make the right decision, to buy or not to buy! I bought.

Rod provided a speedy and efficient service backed up by a good quantity of photos. Rod was also readily available to discuss points raised by the survey and offer advice.

Rod provided a quick service put our minds at rest with some issues and seeing others we hadnt. plenty of photos and follow up calls, waiting for our report at the moment, but it has only been a couple of days since survey.

We Have not received his written report, but he has been very helpful and his pre-report has stop us buying a house which needs too much work for us to do.

I have used surveyors on several occasions in the past. Rods advice, his survey and the follow up were beyond anything I have experienced previously. This guy gives surveyors a good name! He provided a prompt service and kept us in touch throughout.I cannot recommend him enough.

Rod Stradling arranged to survey our property at short notice and took over 100 photos which were E Mailed to us the following day. He then phoned us to discuss his findings and explain the important features. The written report followed a few days later in the timescale we had agreed. What impressed me most of all is his communication skill. Not only was he prompt but he was able to explain the results of his survey in a language that I could understand. The photos were invaluable - they secured us an interview with the managing agents within 24 hours where we were able to explain our fears and have them resolved. I would recommend Mr Stradling without hesitation to any future potential buyer.
