We opted for the most local firm instead of electing by cost. It also meant we were able to book a survey a week from receiving quotes.

I'm very happy with the service I received from Rod. He is very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and pointed out a few things I ran by my solicitor. He very quickly arranged to go to the flat I'm about to buy, called me to discuss right after his visit and within 10 days sent me the homebuyer report like he said he would. Excellent value for money, highly recommended!

Rod was very helpful and managed to fit us in a relative short notice. We met him on site after the survey and his verbal report included a walk through all of the minor issues with the property plus a number of helpful hints and tips with respect to making improvements to the property. The written report was comprehensive but did not highlight anything that we did not already know.
