Mr Stradling was extremely professional in his approach to the job. He carried out the survey promptly and thoroughly, providing us with detailed information supported by photographs. Mr Stradling gladly gave his time to enable us to discuss various points and issues in detail, this in turn enabled us to renegotiate the asking price and to be fully prepared to address a number of works upon us taking possession of the property. He went well beyond the normal level of service you'd expect - supporting us with several very useful telephone calls and advice as well as the comprehensive report itself. I am very happy with the Homebuyers Report provided by Rod. Even though I did not go on to buy the house - the survey was well worth every penny and has probably saved me a lot of money in the long run. I can't imagine that you would get a better service by using a more expensive company charging £300 - £400 for the same report. I was working to a short timescale and Rod managed to meet me at the property within two - three days of my first contacting him. Rod called me afterwards to give further feedback and I received the written report about 5 days later. I recommend this company and would definitely use this surveyor again.

Very efficient and professional service. Initial report by telephone was very in depth and all questions answered. Full written report, which we had within a week of the survey, was very thorough, was of some 28 pages in length, and covered everything you needed to know about the property.
