Rod responded immediately to my request on line and arranged an appointment to suit my needs. His work was thorough, detailed very informative and enlightening. Rod provided photographs of all areas of the property he highlighted for attention and gave an indepth written report to cover the whole property from the top of the roof down to under ground drains. I will use him again when we look to purchase another property because his expertise saved us money on the purchase price as we were able to use his report to identify problem areas and get the sale price reduced. I would recommend Rod Stradling to my best friend and anyone else.

Mr Stradling did a great survey followed by a detailed and comprehensive report. He located hidden probelms within the property and informed is of the possible cost implications. This was all done within a few days! Overall, great service and we would recommend him if you need a home buyers report.

Its a bit premature to comment on Mr Stradlings work, as he is doing a survey for me tomorrow, but up to now I am well impressed. I no sooner signed off from my inital enquiry on line, when Mr Stradling rang me up to introduce himself and discuss what his job entailed.. He talked me through exactly what he would do, and invited me along to dicuss what he found on the day. Well impressed

I would recommend Rod Stradling, he is very professional. The survey was carried out a few days after I instructed him to carry out the survey. Rod took numerous pictures during his survey and e-mailed them to me and then phoned me to talk me through the problems with the house that I am buying and it was brilliant to have the photos so I could see what Rod was talking about. The homebuyers report was then e-mailed a few days later and was set out in a clear and concise manner. Excellent value for money and would definately recommend.
