Utterly unprofessional with the majority of the team outsourced. Have raised a case with the legal ombudsman. Fake reviews on Trustpilot too. (They all have the same format).

I bought my first flat with Muve and I am very happy I chose them. I don't have anything else to compare it to but I have heard many stories of people unable to reach their solicitors, not being informed properly and panicking at the last minute to get things done. Everything was explained clearly to me and the whole process was stress-free.  My account manager, Shenia, was excellent! She called me every week to give me an update, always answered the phone when I called and responded promptly to all my emails. All communication was with her and the conveyancer assigned to me, Nadishma, and they were both very helpful, answered all my questions and seemed to do a thorough job.  It took 4 months and 3 weeks from start to completion, including the Christmas break. I was promised 3.5 months in the beginning but that was never mentioned again. I was in no particular rush and the seller didn't rely on this sale to buy his next property but he, his solicitors and the estate agents were getting impatient towards the end, complaining about how long it takes and constantly asking me to push Muve. The final 2 weeks were just everyone waiting for the final sign-off from Muve's seniors.  I didn't mind that and I was aware of online solicitors taking longer but also, they were about £800 cheaper than my local solicitors and with the amount of good reviews they have, I decided to go with them and I don't regret it. I would certainly consider them again and recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property.

This company seems to be a mix of individuals who work hard and those who don't....I had so many changes of people acting for me that it was hard to keep up! All of them were very pleasant but overall it meant everything took ages..... I almost lost the property and it really did go down to the wire on the day of completion when they had muddled up the amount to be paid. I am currently in the process of trying to get recompense for the way my case was handled and have recently taken it up with the Ombudsman in an effort to resolve matters - mainly due to them either not responding or not really appreciating just how unprofessional they have been.

I used Muve for a house purchase and the service was AMAZING! I had an initial call with Denzil to discuss my requirements and he was super friendly, professional and helpful. I also want to give a special mention to Mandree and Pankaja who were absolutely fantastic - both were communicative, efficient, thorough and really supportive throughout the process. I used another firm of solicitors for my related sale and sadly the difference between the quality of service between the two companies was like night and day. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Muve - lovely people, excellent service and great value.

MUVE were fantastic during an extremely complex purchase and sale. Andriana was always available to speak to us, gave excellent advice and always got back to us the same day. she was just a pleasure to deal with. Abu was also great throughout the whole process, they really made it as smooth as possible under very unusual circumstances and I honestly don't think we would have completed at all with another solicitor.

I was extremely happy with the service received. Suhail was great at keeping me updated on everything he had completed and what was required next. Sadly the vendors ended up withdrawing the property from the market but we will be using Muve again once we have found another property.

I will be recommending Muve to everyone for their Conveyancing needs. The portal is easy to use and allows you to see at a glance your process and you recieve email notifications whenever there is an update. I cannot thank Shenia enough for her support throughout the whole process; both Shenia and Simantha always explained things thoroughly and were nothing but supportive. We had a number of issues throughout and she always kept us informed of the progress including towards the end when our Mortgage offer was about to expire, Shenia and Simanta worked consistently to ensure the deadline was met. I have never felt so reassured - emails were replied to promptly and phone calls always answered. Moving house is a stressful experience but I cannot thank Shenia, Simantha and the team at Muve for making the process as smooth as possible.
