Connect2Law provided professional services and was great service for the cost. Everything was covered by the lawyer, Adam, and he was very helpful through a difficult process. I am very satisfied with the service provided and would recommend using Connect2Law, especially if you're on a budget.

The legal team is very professional and polite. It can be slightly difficult to get thold of your solicitor, however my case was dealt with in a reasonable time. Overall i jad a pheasant experience.

Clear and simple conveyancing. The service provided was really good and clear. What they quoted in the first place it's what they charged at the end (don't always get that with conveyors). They assigned an account manager so I was always kept in the loop. Everything was throughly checked and I believed they look for my best interest.

Overall, the completion time was promised at 8 weeks. This was delivered. The costs were very transparent from the start. Sometimes I found it difficult to get through to an account handler but when I did the service was helpful. Once I got the direct dial for my conveyancer the process seemed to move a lot quicker and the advice received was obviously fully accurate. The conveyancer seemed generally passionate on making sure completion was achieved and everything was carried out correctly.

My husband and i found connect2law by doing several searches on the internet, looking for reviews and positive comments. Eventhough reading bad reviews about them we decided to go for it. We had previously experienced issues with former solicitors and had the hope connect2law would take the bad feelings away and help to finalize our case in the best way. We are very glad we did ! We chose them because they are based in London, near us. We visited their office twice and couldn't be more pleased ! All employees are kind and it is worth saying that our allocated solicitor Adam Shire is a star, great asset to the team. Hard worker, always responded to emailed and showed knowledge on what he was doing. Our account manager was nice in the beginning when she introduced herself however it was a bit difficult to reach her afterwards . I called few times after they received our mortgage offer, it took a while for them to have Adam allocated to our case but once they did.... all went well and smooth. Very pleased with the company. We already recommended to friends and will continue doing so to whoever needs a conveyance firm. 👍🤞

Initially I thought I would live to regret choosing Connect2Law. Why organise a Welcome call after agreeing to take my business, and then put me on the phone with a lady who had NO idea about anything, wasn't a solicitor or conveyancer, and could not give me any answer to any of my questions?! And then my luck changed when I was assigned a new solicitor - Adam Shire - who went above and beyond with thoroughness and forensic analysis of all legal work related to my purchase. He was super-efficient, prompt with replies and calls to update me, patient with all my questions, and very thorough. If it hadn't been for the poor start and that Welcome call that did my head in, I would have given this firm a 5*. Thank you Adam (and Violetta). Oh, and David Jabbari (one of the partners) who promptly intervened when I was getting little update at the beginning.

I would recommend Laura Unite, who was excellent throughout.

Sale of house: Initial contact was good, then there was a period where there was not much information. The case was handed over to another member of the team just before exchange and he was very pro-active. Purchase of house: Same member of the team who completed the sale is progressing this and he is again proving to be very pro-active.

The service provided by Connect2Law has been appalling. I used them for both the sale and purchase side of my move. On the sale side, the process started off well, however service then declined rapidly. It materialised that enquiries that we had responded to, had not in turn been passed on to the buyers' solicitor. No progress was made after 1 month with Connect2Law basically sitting on the enquiries and doing absolutely nothing with them. This in turn then put the whole sale and purchase at risk of even happening. I have had to escalate and complain nearly every day in order to get things moving and try to reach the point of exchange, which has still not happened! It hasn't helped in that the organisation is very difficult to contact, and it seems there have been multiple people involved in the process. On the purchase side things were even worse. Connect2Law did nothing at all. I ended up having to terminate the relationship on the purchase side and hire a new solicitor. I requested a full refund from Connect2Law, which at the time of writing I am still waiting for. The solicitor I had to engage at the last minute on the purchase side managed to turn the whole thing around and reach the point of being ready to exchange in one week, overtaking Connect2Law on the sale side. I am still waiting to exchange on the sale and the purchase - the delays in this entire process have all been attributed to Connect2Law. It has led to much frustration, anger and stress. I would definitely NOT be recommending Connect2Law to anyone!
