Excellent Service, quick to come back and communicate with you on emails and phone calls. Very informative, happy to guide you through the process and explain each stage when buying a house. Even if you don't understand the terminologies, they are happy to go through it again and make sure you understand and are happy with the explanations. Highly recommendable- we are first time buyers.

I am still in the process of finding a property, but so far the services I got from Muve are all great. Both Dan and Holly are very helpful, responsive and happy to share information. So far so good!

I had a very very poor experience when dealing with Connect2law/Muve. A few examples below. Total time from requesting services to completion 5 months. 1. During the course of my purchase I had 3 different conveyancers and 2 different account managers. Similar to other peoples advice it is extremely difficult to talk with anyone on the phone - In fact the last conveyancer did not even have a phone as one was not installed in her office and no one could see a way past this. 2. Multiple times I was told incorrect information by the account manager that progress was being made, only to find out later nothing had happened. 3. The team will wait for the post to deliver any paperwork, there was no thought of requesting it by email. I had to chase this and forward it on to save days of waiting. 4. My conveyancer was changed for the second time 10 days before completing as the previous one's contract ran out, I was not made aware of this until I phoned for an update (after no answer from emails) only to find no one working on the file. 5. I asked to speak with someone with customer services regarding my poor experience. No one has replied. Looking at the other reviews it seems you can get lucky with Muve, however, I nearly lost my purchase due mainly to poor communication. I would suggest avoiding at all costs!!

There was a change of personnel during my transaction. After the new account manager and solicitor were appointed, the purchase was swiftly completed.
