Robert was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. A little delay in producing finall report but full verbal report on day of inspection made up for this. I would recommend the company to anyone needing a survey, particularly on the old and more tricky properties.

Robert ward very helpful person just before exchange of contract I decided to do home survey he managed to squeeze my survey while he was doing others in area and gave instant report pointed out the important findings that I made my decision on property. full report after about a week was sent to me. price very reasonable over all happy customer

Robert was very easy to deal with, he organised the survey quickly with the estate agent and turned round the report within days. He also very kindly and helpfully provided a call on the day of the survey to go through immediate feedback and then a subsequent follow up call to go through the detail of the report.

Robert provided a building survey for a house. The survey was carried out in just a few weeks of obtaining a quote and instructing Robert. The report was provided about 5 working days after the survey and was very detailed, although no pictures were included in the report which could have helped. We also spoke with Robert after the survey who gave us a run down of the property.
