Prompt response. Informative but not a pushy sales person. Shared great examples of precious work so we knew what we were paying for and provided step by step of what to expect. Plus he dealt with all the agents on our behalf and got the survey booked in within s short timeline, That's always great to keep the chain moving. Would recommend this company highly.
