However, it was very detailed, provided clear recommendations and was accompanied by many photos. Robert is friendly and knowledgeable. He offered to do the survey over the easter break to save us time, which was so helpful. After the survey he spent a good hour describing what he found and answered all of my questions in detail. I throughly recommend Robert at TBC. Very competitive prices also. When you call TBC you will speak directly to Robert and get loads of good advice even before the survey unlike other surveyors where you will speak to a receptionist. Excellent service.

TBC sent a fantastically detailed report and were happy to discuss all the details and offered useful advice on possible remediations for the flaws found. Buying a house is pretty stressful, but Robert & co removed a lot of the doubts about the building we were interested in.
