Service was excellent, quick and down to earth. Paul is easy to talk to and the report was tailored to our specific requirements. We had a conversation and an Email version of the report the same day with a signed copy 2 days later. Significantly lower cost for a great service.

Paul was extremely responsive, talked in lay terms and provided a speedy and thorough service. He contacted me within minutes of my submitting an enquiry; carried out the survey within a week; phoned me with the headlines immediately afterwards and provided a full report the same day. Excellent service and I would use Paul again.

Very impressed. He contacted us within an hour, did the survey within a couple of days, and telephoned us with the results. He then phoned us a few days later to make sure we had received the copy of the survey in the post. An extremely efficient service and he was a friendly and easy to talk to guy.

How very refreshing to find a surveyor who has mastered the art of plain speaking. Paul is very approachable and gets quickly to the point. We are embarking on a renovation project so we were expecting there to be issues with the property we asked Paul to survey. We needed to understand the painful reality of the work needed to bring the house up to scratch and Paul was able to do this for us in a way that enabled us to be realistic about the scale of the job, but not so terrified about taking it on. Let's just say it was a good way to find out what we really needed to know. We were hugely impressed that we received the written report on the same day the survey eas carried out, and that it was free from scary techno speak. I would describe our whole experience as engaging. We were not simply transacted. The fact that we have been able to discuss the issues with Paul has made a big difference to us and we really appreciate Paul's willingness to do this. Highly recommended.
