Paul was fantastic. Very detailed survey, spotted significant issues that mortgage valuer, myself and the vendor all completely missed. Had a long phone conversation talking through the fine detail then the written report arrived a few days later in the post. Would highly recommend.

Paul contacted us immediately and took our details and the estate agents details. He outlined his service and what we could expect. He rang to tell us the survey date and rang to give verbal feedback after the survey and the paper copy arrived in the post. Paul us friendly, professional and delivers exactly what he advertises.

Paul was increadably professional throughout every aspect of this process. All he requested was the estate agent and the property address, and the rest was all sorted by him. The inspection was done promptly and the report received the same day (via phone call and an emailed formal report). Initially I was concerned as the price was far cheaper than all the others, however, Paul has been nothing short of exceptional. Would highly recommend to any one.
