"Immediately after completing the survey I contact the client by telephone advising them as to my findings. In Building Surveys I provide a guideline estimate of any necessary repairs. The defects reported in the survey may enable the client to negotiate a reduction in the purchase.

Excellent service, Paul delivered a comprehensive report detailing work that would be required. He was approachable throughout the process, listened to my requirements and communicated in a good manner. I would recommend him to anyone requiring a comprehensive survey.

Very impressed with Paul's honesty and the speed at which he produced his report - telephone call with initial impressions whilst on site, emailed report at the end of the day and hard-copy received by post a few days later. On Paul's advice we withdrew from our purchase, so will be calling upon his services again when we find a new property.

We fully understand the consistently excellent reviews for Paul Fieldhouse on this site. Moving is stressful - mortgage companies, estate agents, solicitors all seem to add to that - but his is a rare human voice in the process, someone who gets things done quickly and efficiently and is happy to go the extra mile. Highly recommended.

I was in a big hurry for this survey to be done, and Mr Fieldhouse delivered. The survey was done in the morning, and report was ready in the afternoon. He took the time to answer the questions I had, and he even phoned me back a couple of days later to suggest how to negotiate with the vendor. Very easy to talk to and yet very professional. Vey competitive pricing, too. Will recommend him to anyone.
