Through our online case management tool, eWay, you have full visibility of the progress of your move, so you know what has happened as soon as it has happened. eWay gives you complete transparency, and control of your move: you can track the progress of your move and see exactly where we are in the process, upload documents, and even contact your conveyancer, all from your sofa.

Excellent service, this was our first time buying a house and they were always very friendly and helpful and were happy to answer even the most simple questions for us. They were also very clear unlike the estate agents which was very helpful in the stressful times. The online system was perfect for two working people as we could upload and download documents at our leisure, which also speeded up the whole process. When items did need to be sent by post they acknowledged their receipt promptly. Would highly reccommend.

I would never us this company again and strongly advise others not to either. A sample of things from my experiences with them, 1. being allocated to a personal case officer was pointless as almost every part of my case was dealt with by others - upon allocation the case officer went on leave for two weeks - why allocate a case to someone going on leave? 2. When reviewing the legal documents and raising enquiries, I identified legal matters such as inconsistencies and points which were critical to the mortgage offer eg having a copy of the building insurance certificate, which they missed entirely in their review - makes you worry about what I haven't identified which may be important if they don't pick out such a fundamental matter. 3. When I had discussed the enquiries I had with them and we agreed they would issue them to the vendors solicitor. They wrote them up and it would appear never sent them or at least didn't confirm them had been received so after i repeatedly chased my solicitor about them, this was established and we had waited nearly four weeks to have to start again. 4. Almost every time you called (emails or notes would take forever to get a response if at all) you couldn't speak to the case officer - OK, they have other clients - but whilst you would agree they could call you back that day, they never did and you would have to chase a day or two later. I wasn't selling, I was buying a place with no chain and the property didn't have any issues at all so I would hate to think how painful this would have been had there been anything more to complicate things. Positives, the staff who answer the phones are extremely helpful and polite, doing their best they will try to help as much as possible where they can do something which relates to your case. It's a real shame they have to try to deal with customers who are being let down by their case officers.

Excellent value for money. Case is completely handled online along with telephone calls whenever required, would prove very useful for people who love things to be available in a simple click rather than going to their high street office/handling many papers, really loved it and will recommend. Also they were available most of the times when I'm free (in evenings and weekends)!
