The company say that they will turnaround a report once the survey is complete in 2 working days. I constantly had to chase them up and I received my report 4 working days after the survey. The contract at the company kept saying she'd been busy which is understandable but if you are looking for a very quick service as advertised, go elsewhere.
I am glad that you felt the report was useful and value for money. I am sorry that you did not receive the survey within our stated guidelines; 95% of surveys are actually done within 24 hours. Due to the complexity of the issues in the house, additional checks were made and advice sought before the report was released.

It was professional and speedy. The Reports were clear and comprehensive and based upon the information, we were able to make an informed decision. I would certainly recommend Chartex and Hugh Broadbent for his sevice.
