Stated things on the survey like saying house was occupied and full of furniture. When sellers proved it was empty and only 2 pieces of furniture. So made me think what else was true/false in the survey. Won't use that company again.

He is also very patient. We felt very much in the hands of experts, and for the first time in the process we feel empowered to make an informed decision on our purchase. Booking the survey was quick and painless and the report was detailed and well presented. While it confirmed a number of potential problems that we had suspicions about, it also highlighted a range of issues that we would not have become aware of until they developed into very expensive problems in the future. As I am moving from a new build to a much older property, I have little to no experience spotting potential pitfalls and in that way the survey has proved to be an invaluable resource and well worth the money. Chartex almost lost a star for the report being delayed and for occasional difficulty contacting them by email and phone but when I got to speak to Helen, she was friendly, informative and really a pleasure to deal with. On the whole a fast and efficient service that I would happily recommend.

I have had two full structural surveys carried out on properties by Mr Broadbent. The first property I decided not to go ahead with after the very comprehensive an thorough survey came back. The report came back on the day of the survey and was very detailed but easy to understand. I have since then had another full structural survey performed by Mr Broadbent on another property and I am going to go ahead with this sale because of the results. I would 100% recommend Chartex if you want a really good survey doing that is value for money, has a very quick turnaround and great customer service. 10/10 :)
