Generally satisfied with the report although it mentioned a shed in the garden needed replacing even though there was no shed, the mistake was admitted but does make you wonder how it happened and if others were made (reports mixed up ?). Reasonably helpful with after survey enquiries by phone although conversations felt a bit rushed, maybe just very busy.

I would highly recommend. They did an extensive survey and were prompt to deliver the report and answer any questions I had. Their initial email to me highlighted what they could offer as well, rather than others who pointed out why they were more expensive and what others would not include. I don't think that kind of marketing is in anyway positive.

Contact was made on same evening as enquiry. Survey was arranged quickly and report provided same day. Report was concise and queries answered promptly.

Very efficient service. Quick turnaround on a survey right before Xmas which was great.

The service was great, the survey was completed quickly after booking and an easy to read report with photos was sent to us soon after. Hugh was happy to talk through any extra detail that we required and even read through an email we drafted to the vendors about key points that required rectification to proceed with the sale, to ensure we were asking the right questions.
