I’ve bought quite a few houses in my time, and this was , by far, the most thorough survey I’ve ever had. Hugh’s report pointed out serious problems with an extension to the property, and we ended up not proceeding with the sale. Will definitely get Hugh to do the survey when we find another house. Charter is a very efficient company, the survey was done the day after I ordered it, and the report was emailed to me the day of the survey.
