I received a comprehensive report with a lot of information and surveyor discovered many issues and very knowledgeable. Overall I'm satisfied with the quality and would think of use it again in the future. There're areas that could be improved: the summary came first and the full report was received almost a week after I sent a chaser email, not as timely, but acceptable to me.Vendor however complained to agent and solicitor about the survey about some minor issues that surveyor didn't put the carpet or ladders back. For that part I'm not sure if the vendor was being particular or if the issues did happen as I wasn't present, but agent's immediate feedback to me on the day of the survey was that everything went well.
