Our Building Survey reports are tailored to each specific property, they are concisely and factually written to client requirements and they can be issued within 48 hours of a property inspection.
Unlike many larger surveying firms, Yield-Up (Chartered Surveyors) do not outsource or delegate our survey instructions to less experienced surveyors. The majority of our Building Surveys are undertaken directly by our founder - Oliver Watkins MRICS.
Oliver is a highly experienced surveyor, he has a degree in Building Surveying and has been a Chartered Building Surveyor for over 10 years.
