Excellent service! The best survey report I have received via reallymoving. Plenty of photos and a costed schedule of repairs.

Oli was professional, helpful and very easy to deal with - most importantly the survey was done to a very high standard with a quick turn around. Oli was also kind enough to talk me through it all and answered any questions that I had. I would highly recommend Yield-Up.

I instructed Oliver to produce a building report on a flat which I was imminently about to exchange contracts on. Oliver produced the report in a timely manner, the report mentioned that there were defects relating to the roof, the drainage and external walls but the costs of the repairs were not explained - when I asked him for a better explanation on the repairs it seemed that he was aware of the purchase price and was not willing to make a fuller recommendation in the report. This has led me to believe that the recommendation's in the report were influenced by the purchase price and his professional advice lacked impartiality. Oliver came across as unhelpful.

Oliver @ Yield Up was very helpful and informative. He was in constant contact and he was very flexible in making himself/ his team available at short notice to survey the property.
