For once, a company that delivers on the premise of customer service, not just pretends they do. These guys are outstanding, does the fact they are Bulgarian tell you all you need to know - hospitable, professional, accommodating. I have moved 11 times in 6 years and I would rate VP as premier league unlike so-called long-established home-grown companies who are for the most part League 2 at best! From the time I clicked the request to the time I had everything sorted out was not much more than 24 hours - enough said!
