VP Smart Removals

Overall I found VP Removals very helpful in planning and facilitating my move. The two guys who moved us were very hard working and took good care of all of our belongings and communicated with us throughout the move. The hour pricing is a bit of a bind and perhaps this could be reviewed as you pay for the hour even if you are only 10mins for example into the hour on completion. I think this is pretty standard practice however.

Really friendly, professional and helpful staff- they wouldn’t let us do anything! Worked quickly and efficiently. Reasonably priced. Would defo recommend.

Movers were friendly, but customer service was rude. One mover had stomach issues and couldn’t help with half the move. Took twice as long as expected, and I had to carry all the boxes into my new flat. Company refused to acknowledge that this had happened, instead blaming me.

Really helpful and prompt. Had a slight issue with the bill afterwards which was swiftly rectified. Would recommend and will look to use again
