The company has a portal to give you updates,but getting responses or confirmation of activities complete was not easy or clear.it would be helpful to understand more about progress when it has been quiet for weeks.

I would implore you to please never recommend this company to anyone else. They have caused nothing but delays and unbelievable frustration. I have never once been contacted by phone or email on the timescale promised to me by my solicitor - every time I am told that they can't take my call but will call me back, every time I send an email asking for updates on progress, every time they assure me they'll finally be sending reports I was promised weeks ago on a particular date - every single time they fail to contact me as promised. The communication is terrible, and is causing delay after delay that I am extremely worried will inevitably lead to my chain collapsing. I have made an official complaint and will be contacting the legal ombudsman as soon as that process is complete. The Google reviews for this company are almost universally negative, and I don't understand how they can have an almost 4 star rating on reallymoving - needless to say, this eliminates any confidence I might have had in recommendations and quotes provided by reallymoving. I would be very interested to hear how reallymoving justify having this company on their site given the shocking level of service they provide.

did the job I needed them to do. Overall good, and quickest in my chain. you do have to chase them regularly, but this is very standard for conveyancers
