Through our online case management tool, eWay, you have full visibility of the progress of your move, so you know what has happened as soon as it has happened. eWay gives you complete transparency, and control of your move: you can track the progress of your move and see exactly where we are in the process, upload documents, and even contact your conveyancer, all from your sofa.

 

 

· No hidden extras

 

We have expert quote advisors on-hand to help with any questions you have in the early stages. They want to make sure that we understand your case fully, so your quote is as accurate as possible and you know exactly what you will pay and what you are paying for. There are no hidden extras and our fees won’t change unless your instructions do.

 

 

· No Move, No Legal Fee Guarantee

 

If your move falls through, through no fault of your own, you won’t pay for any legal work that has already been carried out.

Not only that, if you’ve already paid for searches on a property and it falls through, we will honour free searches if you find a replacement property within 3 months.

 

· Your Conveyancer

 

We know consistency matters, that’s why you’ll be assigned your own personal conveyancer, who will guide you through your move, from beginning to end. Through Premier Property Lawyers, we have access to the best people for the job. We work with a combined team of more than 300 conveyancers and solicitors, who have seen and resolved every kind of hiccup or speed bump you could encounter during a home move.

 

The conveyancers we work with are available at a time to suit you, from 8am to 8pm most weekdays. We’re also open at the weekends too, providing you with the flexibility you need when moving home.

Our Conveyancer (Ghazala Nawaz) has been everything we could have wished for in a conveyancer. We have bought 3 houses in our life (so far). The first two times were awful. Stressful, slow, hard to contact conveyancers who need constant nudging or kicking. We have used My Home Move Conveyancing three times. The first time was horrific, the Conveyancer was the type that most expect, slow and painful. I believe i gave these guys a 1 star review following it. The only reason i went back is they assured me next time would be better and offered a discount. The second experience was better (but not much), we still needed to chase and nudge regularly, but she did things over a 3/4 day thing, the first one it was sometimes a fortnight before things were passed from us to the other side, or from the other side to us, I even had to get her manager involved at one point. This experience, i mean, if you can chose at the point of instruction - Chose Ghazala. I 100% cannot fault her. You can see from all of the trails in all of the emails and phone calls she responds immediately (in the same working day), to everything, every call, email, enquiry, everything. She has made us feel like the only clients she has (which i am certain is not the case). Thank you Ghazala for being everything we could had asked for in a conveyancer.

Terrible customer service and IT system. Communication was terrible, they didn’t respond to my communication, they switched the solicitor managing my case without informing me. I ended up switching to a local solicitor only slightly more expensive without the surprise fees and actually communicated.

The online platform eWay was very easy to use and managed all documents and correspondence in one place. Our solicitor was very helpful and engaged with the buyers' solicitors to keep the momentum of the sale going. She always responded in good time and ensured that the process ran as smoothly as possible. Very pleased with the overall service.
