Through our online case management tool, eWay, you have full visibility of the progress of your move, so you know what has happened as soon as it has happened. eWay gives you complete transparency, and control of your move: you can track the progress of your move and see exactly where we are in the process, upload documents, and even contact your conveyancer, all from your sofa.

 

 

· No hidden extras

 

We have expert quote advisors on-hand to help with any questions you have in the early stages. They want to make sure that we understand your case fully, so your quote is as accurate as possible and you know exactly what you will pay and what you are paying for. There are no hidden extras and our fees won’t change unless your instructions do.

 

 

· No Move, No Legal Fee Guarantee

 

If your move falls through, through no fault of your own, you won’t pay for any legal work that has already been carried out.

Not only that, if you’ve already paid for searches on a property and it falls through, we will honour free searches if you find a replacement property within 3 months.

We know consistency matters, that’s why you’ll be assigned your own personal conveyancer, who will guide you through your move, from beginning to end. Through Premier Property Lawyers, we have access to the best people for the job. We work with a combined team of more than 300 conveyancers and solicitors, who have seen and resolved every kind of hiccup or speed bump you could encounter during a home move.

 

The conveyancers we work with are available at a time to suit you, from 8am to 8pm most weekdays. We’re also open at the weekends too, providing you with the flexibility you need when moving home.

The company has been down and in radio silence for weeks now. I Have no idea how my move is progressing

We recognise how frustrating the recent security incident is and hope that you understand that we are doing all we can as fast as we can to get back to normal. An ever-growing proportion of our conveyancing colleagues are back up and running on core systems and progressing transactions. We continue to prioritise the most urgent cases, and are working with clients to help them move forward towards exchange and completion. We very much regret any uncertainty and disruption that our clients and others may have experienced. Our team, supported by external experts, are working non-stop to get the remainder of our systems safely back up and running, with progress being made every day.

Not really responsive, maybe due to stamp duty holiday or internal resource problem

Due to the Stamp Duty holiday deadline we received a large volume of calls, we tried to mitigate any service impact by reallocating staff from other teams to support our conveyancers, so we're disappointed to hear that you still found us to be unresponsive. We are monitoring this internally and are always investigating ways in which our service can be improved and appreciate all feedback (good and bad) to help with this. Service has gone down hill towards the stamp duty holiday - slower replies, harder to get things done, but I do enjoy their app.

Their online portal is very good for keeping track of the case but their communication is very hit or miss. I don't have faith that they are doing everything they can to process my sale prior to stamp duty
