Would not use this company at short notice. Contributed a lot to the move ourselves. It felt very stressful. Didn't feel it was good vale for money.

Short notice moves are not a problem at all. 1. On initial visit the customer was advised that the large vehicle was fully booked, and we only had a medium sized vehicle available which would require 2 runs. (Moving 2 miles). 2. Advised and outlined implications of using a smaller vehicle. (Buyers moving in). 3.Removal booked Thursday at 4.30 (Moving Friday). No deposit taken. 4. Team arrived, had to dismantle items of furniture. (Which was agreed customer would do prior to our arrival). 5. Bad access to new property. 6. All the above caused delays, which is why the customer felt they had to help off load some boxes etc. 7. In conclusion we worked extremely hard, and completed the job. We do appreciate that moving house is stressful, however we feel we did everything we could under the circumstances of the move. I really do feel if we had not helped with the move, the customer would have not got any mover to complete the job at such short notice - now that would have been very stressful. Very unjustified comments, as I think others will agree looking at our previous fantastic feedback.

We were really happy with the service provided by Knights Move. The guys were really helpful and attentive, and nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend these guys to anyone looking to move. Very friendly and made the whole day seem a little less stressful.

Absolutely spot on, from start to finish! From the initial conversation with Mike, he gave me confidence that he and the team were honest, trustworthy and focussed on excellent customer service. He was very understanding and flexible on our moving date, despite it taking quite some time to lock down a completion date. They went above and beyond to check out our new address in advance of our move, as I was a bit worried whether the truck would fit. This just added to my confidence in the company and gave me peace of mind during this stressful time. On the day of the move, I couldn't have asked any more from the team! They were polite (introducing themselves as soon as they arrived), good humoured, hard working and professional throughout. I would definitely use Knights again, and would recommend them to family / friends.

There was much uncertainty about our removal date which was confirmed the day before we actually moved. Mike was patient & obliging throughout as were the removal men ensuring the day went as smoothly as possible.

Fabulous company, I would recommend to anyone. They went the extra mile on a not so easy move with difficult access. Mike even went to the house beforehand to video the access for the driver. All the team were brilliant, very friendly and hard working, going over and above what was expected. All packing boxes were delivered to the house before the move, they were punctual and took care with our possessions. The price was very competitive and we paid what was quoted...no added extras. Could not fault the service, the communication and the speed at which this group of lads moved our home with skill & care. It was a particularly hot day and these guys never once complained despite the fact they didn't finish the previous job till almost midnight the night before. A sense of humour prevailed and we sincerely hope they enjoyed having a beer on us after. Not the cheapest, but service isn't always about the money is it? Moving home is a stressful thing, do yourselves a favour, use Knights and have one less thing to worry about.
