Prompt arrival. I used their wrapping up of china and glass.. Done very efficientl and all went to plan. . A great team with good communication from the one in charge. Prompt delivery of furniture and my belongings at the other end 200 miles away. Finished by midday. Would use again.

We are really happy with the service provided by Knights Move. We did not exchange contracts until the Wednesday afternoon with completion on Friday but the company were flexible and allowed us to make a provisional booking in case the move was delayed. We also found out we were short of some boxes and bubble wrap the night before and these were brought over the next day. On moving day the guys managed to drive a 7.5 tonne van down a narrow access road which our delivery drivers in their much smaller vans always struggle with. They worked hard and had the van packed in under 3 hours then unpacked at our new address in two hours. Overall, a great job.

Extremely professional and excellent customer service! Knights Move took away any added stress during what has been very stressful house purchase and there team provided essential equipment to ensure our belongings were kept safe during transit too. The guys where very helpful, efficient and understanding. My wife had a car crash on the morning of the move but they just got on and got us moved quickly and without any hassle. I'd definitely recommend them to others.

Excellent service and guys who came out were amazing! Just thought it was a bit off to be told at last minute we needed to pay cash!

Thank you for leaving very positive feedback. Regarding the issue raised with paying by cash, I did give the customer the option to pay by bank transfer, 2 days prior to the removal date, however the customer declined saying he would not have the facility to do this on the moving day, and replied in a email he would pay cash on the day. I think as you can appreciate the fact we do not ask for a deposit or funds in advance of the removal, it's only fair to expect payment on completion of the work, and not after, as in this case this is what probably was expected. Also not to mention waiting over 3 hours ( key issue ) with no extra charge.
