Nicola went out to complete the survey very quickly and we received the report the next day. The report was very thorough. We were very happy with the service.

Excellent professional report produced with photos throughout to guid me through any concerns. IMpressively the vendors whom i am purchasing my home from commented on how thorough and courtious the surveyor was. Following the survey, i was able to make a much more informed choice regarding my purchase. N. Demaine from Keystone was a consumate professional in her dealings and communication was excellent, both by email and over the telephone.
