Nicola of Keystone Surveyor was very responsive and responsible. I requested for a building survey report in mid October during covid. They were able to arrange inspection of the property a few days later. As not all of the areas in the property were able to be inspected in the first instance, Nicola took the initiative to arrange with the agent to go to the property the second time to inspect it. A report was provided promptly after the first inspection, supplemented by an addendum after the second visit. The report was prepared in a very detailed manner with photos, explanations of issues and recommendations. I am very impressed with their service and highly recommend their service to other potential property buyers.
