They were not the cheapest or dearest, I went with a middle of the road costing as I liked the way they provided me with easy to understand options on which survey I required. They answered emails quickly and I felt happy with the overall process.

Excellent value for money. The survey was booked in efficiently, the report was thorough and covered all the key areas. Communication was generally good, although there was a slight delay in issuing the report. Overall I was happy with the service.

Fantastic level of care, service & professionalism. The report was detailed and very clear; as a result of the observations made we were able to renegotiate the purchase price favourably.
