Kelly's provided a outstanding service. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful in every way. The survey report itself was top tier, I've had surveys in the past that have been awful with a clear lack of experience and photos etc. However, this report was incredibly detailed and provided plenty of photos, you could tell the surveyor was very professional and experienced in his field. I expressed my concerns with the property and they investigated my particular concerns in greater depth. I will be recommending Kellys to friends & family.

Everything we were in contact, there was always a speedy reply.

The report itself was quite comprehensive, although I did encounter some challenges when trying to communicate with the team afterward. I was unable to directly reach the individual who conducted the report and had to follow up several times. Unfortunately, the associate I eventually spoke with did not have direct access to the property, which limited their ability to provide all the specific information I was seeking.
