I was very impressed with the speed of initial follow-up which included confirmation of the price and an example of their survey reports. Prompt response received when asked for a lead-time. Survey was completed very quickly (instructed on 6th May, survey completed on 12th May) and the report was issued by email 2-3 days later with contact details to go through any concerns. The report was professional and informative with clear information regarding actions required now or potentially required in the future. Communication by email was efficient and convenient with prompt responses. Strongly recommended.

I wasn't sure whether to get a survey , as we're buying a 1930's semi which seemed in reasonable order. But the survey was definitely worth it. Stephen, who did the survey identified an issue, and more than paid for the survey-fee by getting 1000GBP off the asking price. Also we know now clearly what's going on with the house - where we may want to do some repairs as we move in or later. The service was prompt and as promised - available quickly to do the survey, responded quickly when i wanted a phone call to discuss the findings of the report. I'd recommend this firm

Stephen prepared an excellent and very detailed report. He was available at very short notice and completed the report within 3 days of the performance of the survey. We asked for specific feedback on certain areas of the property and Stephen was more than accommodating in this area and provided his expert opinion on matters that came up within the report when asked. All communication was performed via email which was convenient and adequate for our needs. I would certainly use this service again as it was very good value for money (no VAT to pay).
