We were very happy with this company and would highly recommended them to anyone moving. From my first phone call to the chap who came to do the quote to move day they were fantastic. I have to shout out to Auras and Valentin who were the removal men on the day. They were extremely professional, friendly and did a great job. All of our belongings were transported safely with no damage and I was impressed with their spatial awareness skills when packing our items onto the van! It was also raining heavy on the day and they ensured our carpets were kept clean & dry. The owner of the company also dropped by on moving day to make sure everything was going well and that we were we happy with everything. I thought this was fantastic and shows how much they care about customer satisfaction. I would highly recommended this company and will use them again in the future. They made the move stress free.

Alex handled the survey any questions accurately and efficiently. Nick and his colleague who handled the heavy lifting on the day were brilliant!! Would recommend Intercity, especially Nick and his colleague.

Friendly and efficient removal people.

When the person come round to estimate quoted a price for a 3.5 Luton saying that it would get it all on one van . Day of removal turned up a hour late proceeded to load small boxes first before the bigger stuff only to find not surprisingly that they could not get all the furniture on and was left with all the sitting room furniture and was told that it would cost me another £100 plus vat to do another run of which I had no choice , so to me I was had right over . So was under quoted , they did not provide the right size van and the work force that turned up did work hard but were Polish and was hard to hold a conversation and explain your self to them , and plus we had took two loads over in the car if they had realised that they would not have got it on as long as they took all the big stuff then I could have taken the smaller stuff what was left in my car . So all in all very unsatisfied

They coped extremely well with the sellers leaving the house 4 hours later than they should have and only increasing their bill by £60 to cover this. They were efficient and friendly.
