Helen carried out our survey on an auction property - the report was ready the next day (we paid for the fast track opt.) Very detailed / lots of pics and good to speak to an actual person after we had read it. I have recommended HDR Surveys to my son in law who is buying his first house.

Although the Home Buyers report was several days late, HDR offered to refund me £50.00 as a goodwill gesture. This was actioned promptly and I received the refund the following day. The report itself was in detail and professional throughout. HDR were quick to respond with any queries I had. I would recommend Helen to family and friends.

As a first time buyer, with no recommendations from friends/family in the area I was moving to, I was completely confused about who to go with - but I am so glad I went with Helen at HdR! I found her really friendly, she explained the process well and managed to fit me in really fast. The survey was detailed and she was helpful in addressing any queries I had. Great service and quick turnaround

HdR are a professional, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful company. Helen has been amazing from start to finish. I have no hesitation in recommending this service to friends and family, and writing a review to let everyone know how happy I am. I invested in a level 3 buildings survey as the property was built early 1900's. The estate agent were pushing for me to purchase without a survey. I almost did! However, something about their persistence felt 'off'. Thank goodness I asked Helen to help me! Suffice to say she unearthed a catalogue of serious, even downright dangerous issues and she captured them all with a series of photos that are in the survey report. The photos are a nice touch because I could understand the text much more fully. The detail in the report has enabled me to make an informed choice to walk away from the sale. I will also use the report to point me in the right direction when viewing future houses. I won't proceed without Helen's level 3 survey though!

Really thorough survey, which actually caused us to pull out of the deal because of the discoveries. We have since agreed a price on another house and have booked Helen in again to survey it.
