In instances where we do not service your area, our extensive network of RICS qualified and regulated referral partners will be able to conduct the Survey on our behalf while adhering to our same high standards.

Our customers have direct access to their Surveyor to discuss any areas of concern relating to the property being surveyed, before the inspection is completed and post survey, to discuss the findings in the condition report.

I found them very easy to deal with. Booking the level 2 homebuyers survey was simple - they contacted my Estate Agent to arrange a time convenient for the sellers. I got a call from Danny before the survey to discuss any particular concerns & one afterwards to confirm the key findings & his conclusions - he was very reassuring & informative. The report was sent a few days later and was very clear without too much jargon.
