 Cosey Homes Chartered Surveyors have been delivering a friendly, high quality service since 2003. We operate across the country, with offices based in Manchester, Leeds, Liverpool, Birmingham and St Helens, Merseyside.

We are accredited by Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors as well as the Chartered Association of Building Engineers and the Chartered Institute of Building.

They called me back within 5 minutes of requesting the quote and explained the process. Survey was booked for 2 weeks, which was a bit too long, but frankly I don't know if other companies any quicker. I was a bit annoyed as the report was sent to me a day later rather than 3-5 working days estimates. However a customer service adviser called me and apologized for the delay due to IT problem, which I found very professional. The report was in plain English and easy to follow. All in all I highly recommend their services.

Cosey Homes were an excellent choice to carry out our full building survey with, they were easy to deal with, kept us in the loop and went above and beyond to make sure we received the best service and we were fully aware of the issues they found. Sara in the office was great at organising the survey, accomodating our requests and keeping us in the loop with what was happening when and what the timelines were. Our survey was carried out by Ian and he was truly top notch, in addition to a very thorough survey he was more than happy to talk us through (in laymans terms) what he found, what he thought and what we needed to do next to address the issues. He was happy to do this for us outside of normal business hours which was a really nice touch and showed his dedication to providing a top service. Our experience with Cosey Homes was nothing but excellent, Sara and Ian are both really friendly and willing to go the extra mile to provide the best service possible and I would be more than happy to recommend them to anyone requiring a survey!

I didn't receive a call at 24 hours, as promised, and upon chasing this had to wait a further 3 days to hear anything. Quite frustrating as they wouldn't give me the surveyors number to call him directly.

“Hello, We were really upset to hear that you were so displeased with your service from ourselves and I would just like to address some of the issues raised. With the regards to the 24 hour verbal feedback, my colleague in the booking department has informed me that Phil (the surveyor) did actually attempt to ring you and left a voicemail as he couldn’t get through, however, we do apologise for the delay in getting another call arranged. It is common practice for us to act as a mediator on behalf of the surveyor. As you can imagine the surveyors are busy on site and so prefer us not to give out their personal numbers, instead opting for us to arrange calls between themselves and the client at their earliest convenience.
