Cos Freight Removals & Storage

We couldn’t be more happy with the service provided by cos Frieght. Due to our old house being in a tricky location with no access I wanted a firm that had had completed an in person visit but I left it too late after getting my quotes so went for cos frieght (who had provided quote via WhatsApp tour), and I am soooo glad we did! There was a slightly rocky start when the team arrived and were shocked to see they couldn’t park directly outside house (even though I had clearly said this in WhatsApp tour) what I came to realise later is actually they were just worried they wouldn’t get the job done in time. I would give them 10/10. They were genuinely the hardest working team, did not stop at all. Were so quick and efficient. Were so helpful with any questions we had and we just thought they did an absolutely amazing job on the day.

Well, what can I say about COS… I contacted the company to carry out my removal from London to Pevensey Bay. My flat was only a two bed, and everything was managed over the phone. We experienced some unscheduled delays with the move, and I contacted COS to advise them. Nothing was too much trouble and they just requested as much notice as possible to arrange scheduling. Once the confirmed date was known, a simple call to Gordon at the office and the job was booked in straight away. On moving day, I received a text from the team leader to give me an ETA and they arrived right on time in fact a little before time. I didn’t have too much in the way of furniture, but I did have a lot of boxes. They wrapped my old sofa and removed its legs to get it out. A cover for my mattress was also supplied, Within two hours my goods were on their way to the seaside. I received a call from my agent who told me that our team had arrived at the new home and asked if the previous owner could pass the keys to my team. I agreed as I was still en route [this saved me having to go to the agent to collect the keys] and by the time I arrived most of my goods had been unloaded and the boxes all placed in the right rooms as requested. Even my garden furniture was placed in the shed. Nothing was too much trouble for the team that carried out my move and my wife and I were extremely impressed by their attitude to the job and the care taken with my goods. The service provided by COS was exemplary and extremely good value. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to my family and friends and anyone who asks for a removal company who not only gives value for money but gives that little extra service too. A big thumbs up to the team who carried out my move and to Gordon for arranging it all, making a usually stressful day so easy to manage.

We moved from Lincoln to Horsham; a distance of over 200 miles. The guys turned up at 7am on the dot; exactly as promised. There were five guys and three vans. We were moving from a large four bedroomed house and I was doubtful as to whether everything would fit. Their attitude was very 'can do' and they were strong, efficient and fast. They were totally 'no fuss' from start to finish. Some of them didn't speak English. Apart from the team leader, who spoke good English, there was one guy who spoke excellent English and he kind of stole the show as a result. We hit bad traffic on the way down on that Friday afternoon, of course, and they were stuck outside the new house for best part of an hour. They made absolutely no fuss at all and just got right on with the job as soon as we arrived. They finished much later than expected but they still had a smile at the end. We could not have been happier with the guys from Cos Freight. Thanks very much indeed for a first class move.

Cos Freight were polite and friendly, trying their best to assist us at the last minute, during a.very busy period at the end of June. The movers were very polite, careful and efficient.

Efficient, speedy, nice guys doing the move. Nothing broken, went above and beyond with helping get boxes out of loft. All in all, very pleased.

Keep Craig on your books and keep training him. Staff like him are priceless. He gave your company a great look because of his professionalism and helpful ‘can do’ approach. The chaps who moved us where marvels. Some important garden stuff did get left behind sadly but we should have checked the garden area we had put things in had been fully cleared so our fault. 🙏 thank you for a job well done.

From the initial phone conversation to the last box unloaded the service received was faultless. Having never used a removals company before we were unsure what to expect. The team arrived early, packed everything up safely and incredibly quickly!!! Everything was delivered to our new address and unpacked with care and attention! Brilliant service, worth every penny, will use again!

Amir was really helpful and interested from the outset. Not their fault but one of the removal vans was 2 hours late arriving which really made the day run late too and unfortunately the only English speaking worker was in the late van. The team were really good and very obliging however, I don't think that everyone understood what was required and I feel that we would definitely have benefited from a house visit prior to the move. However, I can't complain as the move went well and the team did what was asked of them with only minor knocks and chips.
