Great service all-round. The contact with Chelsea was excellent - she answered every question promptly and clearly. Online inventory made getting an accurate quote easy. Chelsea added in provision of wardrobe boxes which the removals team led by Romeo brought and packed on the day. The three removals men were friendly, professional and very efficient, and the whole process of moving from Leeds to Hertfordshire went very smoothly as a result. We were very impressed and would happily recommend or reuse Cosfreight.

First-class service. Zayn was phenomenal at our survey and gave us an accurate and realistic quote to manage our expectations well. Even with our move being delayed, he was with us all the way and secured our dates without a problem even though they moved several times. The moving team was amazing as well - so fast with moving us out, and safely delivered all our items at the other end. Highly recommend these guys!

I can’t thank Cos Freight enough for their amazing work on our recent house move. Prior to the move, Zayn attended the property and did a full inspection to make sure we had the right van size estimates. He suggested we needed 3 vans and a team of 5 which was absolutely spot on for our 3 bedroom + 2 living room. On the day, the team arrived exactly on time and in just a few hours the house had been cleared. The entire removal team was extremely polite and patient (which is so useful given the chaos of moving) and efficient. When we arrived at the new property, the team unloaded all the furniture and boxes into the specified rooms perfectly. They even stayed around to move furniture into different locations once the initial unload happened. I would highly recommend Cos Freight to anyone. The price was highly competitive, all the team were considerate and helpful, and its because of them that we had no stress at all on the big day. Thank you!

I requested the comprehensive packing service in addition to the removals, and this was also carried out efficiently, professionally and with care. The removals team arrived exactly on time in Cumbria and patiently waited for the previous owners to leave.
