They broke two items, but hid them in the garage so we didn't notice until the next day. They also failed to move a lot of stuff, and it took us two trips with a people carrier to finish the job. The head office is very hard to get hold of on the phone and offered no compensation for the damage or the failure to complete the job.

Dianne was great - but the 'movers' although, in the most part, friendly, were unreliable! two vans and five men were supposed to arrive at eight a.m. one arrived at 10.15 and the second at 12.20!

The actual removal was first class in every way. We moved 125 miles, so to have 3 hard working men and 2 large vans dedicated to us for the whole day plus two excellent ladies to do the packing and preparation for the whole of the day before, I thought was excellent value for money. The men and two vans arrived in Oxfordshire around 8.00 am on the day of the move and left us in Lincolnshire around 7.00pm from where they had the long drive back down to London on a Friday evening.

Not many reviews to go on but I am happy I went with them they did the house move to our satisfaction and were very competitive and helpful.

The removal guys worked extremely hard all day. I had the impression it was a bigger move than they had expected - maybe due to video estimate - so some garden items had to be left behind due to shortage of space in their lorries. Overall I was impressed with the guys hard work, polite and efficient teamwork.
