Video assessment of the move isn’t great as they misjudged how big a van they would need!

Issues with the move, despite trying to call and give feedback the after sales communication was nonexistent

They were awful. Cancelled my move date 3 days before the move and offered to return the deposit as they couldn’t honour the dates!! I had to chase them as it was too late to find i another company. They did turn up but packers left after 3 hours (5 bedroom house) vans were too small and just left when they were full!! We had to rent our own van to finish the move!! It was dreadful. .

very unprofessional no accountability my american fridge freezer door circuit was broken which costed me £150 to get it fixed they seem to have lost a few items I have since tried calling them numerous times and left many mails but no body seem to respond now overall there is no accountability.

Very efficient service.

They were professional in packing and unpacking the items. They were patient in waiting at the property while I went to fetch the keys from the agent. Very polite, friendly yet professional.

Really poorly prepared and underestimated the job

They call and email all the time until you pay your deposit to hold the removals slot, then you literally don’t hear from them. The removers were rapid but not particularly professional, it seemed that one guy that knew what he was doing just turned up with his dad and friend to make up the numbers. They barely spoke English and it just didn’t seem the most professional.
