Our enhanced Homebuyer service is clear with detailed technical photographs of problem areas and defects. During the survey our expert surveyors will conduct an extensive investigation of all accessible parts of the property.
Building Survey
Our Building Survey is adapted to your individual needs, has detailed photographs and includes itemised budget costs for repairs/adaptations. We will examine the overall condition of the building to inform you of any defects, checking the structural integrity and providing a guide for required repairs. This is the more comprehensive of the surveys and is usually needed for older, non-standard buildings.
