Woodbridge is a town in Suffolk about 8 miles from the east coast of England. Lying along the River Deben, the town is home to one of the most historically important sites in English history – the Sutton Hoo burial ship, containing the household image of a Saxon helmet. The area is a popular place to live. Not far from the coast and only a few miles from Ipswich, reallymoving has helped almost 150 people move into the area in the last year alone.
Whether needing a HomeBuyer Report, which is usually all that is needed for conventional properties in a reasonable condition, or needing a Building Survey, a more extensive and detailed report which might suit some properties by the Deben that may have had past flood damage, the Chartered Surveyors in the area will be able to deliver a professional and quality service. According to the RICS, 1 in 5 people who did not get a Chartered Surveyor when buying a house regret buying their property, so with odds like that it is definitely worth getting a surveyor despite the cost.
Hopefully you’ll be moved into your new home in no time at all, and can start exploring the local area. Whether visiting the Sutton Hoo centre or going for a quiet walk in Elmhurst Park, there is plenty to do in the area.
