Bushey is a town in southern Hertfordshire, bordering the London Borough of Harrow, and is mainly a residential area. An attractive place to live, reallymoving helped over 100 people move into the area in the last year alone. Bushey is just on the outskirts of Watford, where many residents work, and under 50 minutes from London by train. The town also has plenty of green open spaces in and around it, such as King George recreation ground and Hill Mead Nature Park, meaning there is a real balance between urban life and a quieter one strolling through the parks. If you do move into the area, the Bushey Rose Garden and the Bushey Museum are well worth a visit.
The Chartered Surveyors we work with are well experienced in delivering both HomeBuyer Reports and Building Surveys. The most common survey is a HomeBuyer Report which will suit most modern and conventionally built properties. The town has however, existed as a settlement since before Norman times, and therefore is a place that still houses some old buildings. If moving into one of those, a Building Survey, which is more extensive and will report on the structural soundness of a property, might be the better option.
Whatever you choose, reallymoving will help you find the best Chartered Surveyor for you by giving you 4 directly comparable quotes, which will save you time and even some money in the process.
