Best price offered, got a phone call straight after the survey and report soon after. Went with this company as I was looking to book the more expensive building survey but the surveyor called me and told me a cheaper homebuyers survey was sufficient which I thought was very honest of them. Giving 4 stars because of how long it took to book the survey (4-5 weeks) which they did warn me about upfront as they were very busy.

The office manager was communicative and prompt in arranging our HomeBuyer's survey. The surveyor called on the day of the survey to give his initial impressions and we recieved a thorough report 7 days later. The questions we had after reading the report were answered clearly and quickly. Overall excellent service.
