Having had a bad experience with an solicitor when we last moved, I wanted to make sure we found a company who would get the job done efficiently at the right price especially where we were looking for a quick completion. I felt it was important to find a local solicitor who I could visit but on the other hand I didn't want to end up paying a great amount more than many of the on-line firms who have come onto the market since my last purchase. Joanne at Turner Coulston was great and kept in touch regularly throughout the process. There were a few complications with the property we were buying however she dealt with these quickly and whilst it is a stressful time for anyone, I was able to leave Joanne to it without worrying that she wasn't doing all she could. In summary, Turner Coulston gave a competitive quote, great service and I would definitely recommend them especially if you want the re-assurance of a local solicitor.

Turner Coulston were very helpful in the main, and the move went well. The final price for conveyancing matched the estimate, and there were no extras charged. The prospect of additional charges for finding quotes for an environmental indemnity was raised, but we got round that be asking the buyer's solicitor to do the work! Corresponding by email worked well, with replies to my messages coming reasonably promptly. It seemed that a couple of assistants worked on my case, which was good in that there was always someone around to answer queries. Approaching completion, my main contact did go on holiday and I wasn't aware that this would happen, but an alternative member of the firm took up my file and sorted out a last-minute query about another indemnity very well. Overall, I was very pleased with Turner Coulston and would use them, and Reallymoving, again.
