They are professional, reliable, friendly and economical in comparison to other firms I had researched. They discussed the process and answered all my initial questions, which were plenty as I am a first time buyer, thus giving me comfort about entering this deal. It was a smooth process, keeping the original deadline for the move in date and they also processed my Help to Buy ISA bonus in this time. They also helped me with picking up the keys from a preferred location. Even though I live in Edinburgh and they are based in Inverkeithing they were flexible and arranged all the paperwork through the post and Email.

Yes, none of which is good. This company are diabolical at getting back to customers.Still waiting on an e mail or some response to my request last week as to whether they had received their payment.I won't be holding my breath though as this is the norm with them.

James and Tracy were super, they managed to process the sale with very tight time frames, and the only delay was caused by the Buyer, which they explained to me and kept me up to speed throughout. I called a number of times, and they had endless patience with my queries. James helped with added humour and Tracy was efficient and organised. After my first call it was always on first name basis, and I never had to explain who I was or which property - they remembered. Really engaging and personal service - thank you to Wilsons - and I would absolutely recommend their services.

Used this company because it was cheap, but you get what you pay for. Did the job eventually . Both my buyer and sellers solicitors complained that phone calls weren't returned, it was same with me, really poor contact and info given. Wouldn't use Wilsons again.
